The Lead Architect – Cyber Defense is responsible for strengthening Lennox’s enterprise cybersecurity defense posture by designing, governing, and continuously modernizing security architecture across EDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Email Security, with an Automation- and AI-first approach. The role ensures detection and response at machine speed to counter automated and AI-driven attacks.

Own enterprise defensive cybersecurity architecture; Lead EDR, SIEM, Cloud, DLP, and Email Security strategy; Drive automation and AI-first defense; Enable machine-speed detection and response; Lead periodic technology upgrades to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Automation & AI Focus

Champion continuous technology modernization, automation, and AI-driven security controls to counter high-velocity and machine-driven attacks, reducing dependency on manual human response.

Required Experience

10–14+ years in cybersecurity engineering or architecture; strong expertise in EDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, DLP, Email Security, automation, and AI-driven detection; deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks.

Success Indicators

Improved detection accuracy; reduced response time; effective automation against machine-speed attacks; resilient and audit-ready security architecture.
