In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to projects that shape employee development, engagement, and the overall people experience, while supporting Lendo’s mission of building a high-performing, people-first culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with the People and Talent teams on a range of learning, culture, and employee experience initiatives, supporting the design and rollout of programs that help our teams grow and thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Saudi national eager to build a career in People Development, Learning & Development, or Culture within one of the Kingdom’s leading FinTech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing learning materials, toolkits, and internal resources.
  • Help track engagement and feedback from learning initiatives to support continuous improvement.

People & Culture Projects

  • Support People & Culture initiatives such as values, engagement programs, employee experience enhancements, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and develop.
  • Assist with research, benchmarking, and preparation of insights for People-related projects.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Help design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.
  • Support communication initiatives that reinforce culture, alignment, and belonging across the organization.
  • Gather employee feedback and support action planning for People initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Saudi national, recent graduate).
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Genuine interest in People & Culture, Learning & Development, and employee experience.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
