🚀 Hiring: Manager / Chief Manager – SME & Mid-Corporate Lending
📍 Location: Mumbai
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant
💼 Experience & CTC:
Manager: 1–3 years | ₹16–24 LPA
Chief Manager: 6–8 years | ₹25–30 LPA
We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountants with relevant experience in SME Lending, Mid-Corporate Lending, Corporate Lending or Corporate Credit.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds and other lending institutions
- Understand borrower funding requirements and identify suitable lenders
- Conduct financial analysis and credit assessment
- Prepare Information Memorandums, credit proposals and lender presentations
- Support deal structuring and lender pitching
- Coordinate for term sheets, sanctions and approvals
- Work with borrowers and lenders through documentation and transaction closure
- Track lender appetite, sector trends and financing opportunities
👤 Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 1st or 2nd attempt preferred
- Relevant experience in SME / Mid-Corporate Lending or Corporate Credit
- Exposure to Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds or similar lending institutions
- Strong understanding of credit appraisal, financial analysis and debt transactions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, deal-oriented and comfortable taking ownership
