Job role & responsibilities - Individual Contributor role.
1. To achieve the targets assigned every month and in the manner proposed from time to time.
2. To manage relationships with lenders in a state/region assigned
3. Required to engage with each lender (ASMs, Sales Managers and retainers) in the assigned state/region who are involved with CAT B/Direct Leads/Branch business to ensure the leads are routed to Kuwy first.
4. Train the lender team (as many times as required) on the ideal process to handle CAT B cases and ensure the journey remains smooth and stress free.
5. Responsible for all activities from engaging with the lender to source leads to handover of the transferred RCs to the lender/customer.
6. Ensure excellent service:
*Pre-disbursement*
a. Accurate RTO/ PDD checks
b. Assistance on RTO docs pendencies / customer dependencies
c. Communication of payment terms & RTO charges
*Post-disbursement*
a. Timely RTO docs pick up and payment release
b. Timely completion of RC transfer (30 days) and submission of transferred RC to the branch / customer (as applicable).
