So, if you have an eye for detail, trends, and great design, you’ll fit right in with us. What do we need from you? UI Design: Thirst to design visually appealing user-centric designs for various digital platforms. Ability to communicate design concepts through high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. A designer, yes. A collaborator, even better! Be a guide to the developers efficiently during the development process. The quick on your feet thinking to enhance functionality after insightful feedback loops. Proactively initiate conversations & generate ideas on innovation - it’s one of our core values. Create designs that have a “professional” touch within deadlines. Collaboration and Communication: Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. From project managers, developers, to stakeholders, ensure seamless collaboration to achieve design goals. Ideate concepts, decode briefs, and incorporate feedback on designs as necessary. Focus on user-centric designs - it’s called user interface and user experience design for a reason. Consider user feedback and usability testing results while designing. Design System: Brainstorm and contribute in developing an effective design system that streamlines the design process. Showcase your passion for pixel perfect designs through consistency in design elements across platforms. Research and explore: Design is an ever-evolving field. Show your love for it by improving your skills, and learning about the upcoming industry trends and technologies religiously. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design treasury. Proven ability to design user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in Figma. 2 to 4 years of experience as a UI designer.
