Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital and Growth Marketing professional at Lekhak.app, based in New Delhi. While primarily office-based, the role allows for partial work from home as needed. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to optimize performance, and leading projects from conception to execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and consistent communication to align with organizational goals will also be key. The role requires a data-driven approach to drive growth and build brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills, with demonstrated success in executing effective campaigns
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and deliver multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent Analytical Skills to gather data insights and optimize marketing strategies for measurable results
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Familiarity with growth marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or multilingual products preferred
