About the role

About Legora

Legora is on a mission to empower exceptional lawyers. We’re building the world’s first truly collaborative AI for legal professionals: a workspace for boundless collaboration between lawyer ingenuity and machine intelligence. We aim to unlock unparalleled collaboration between lawyers, enabling them to review, draft, and deliver projects together. All in the service of unleashing lawyers’ full expertise and to give them the space to deliver more impact.

You are joining a company with exceptional product-market fit that powers thousands of lawyers daily at global institutions such as Bird&Bird, Mannheimer Swartling, and Heineken. Backed by $35M in funding from top investors like Benchmark, Redpoint, and Y Combinator, Legora is a group of exceptional builders and lawyers. Here, you will have infinite room to grow and rethink how truly worthwhile work gets done.

About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and Chief of Staff at the heart of our fast-moving business. This is not a traditional support role. It’s a unique opportunity to operate inside the nerve center of one of Europe’s fastest-scaling startups, ensuring our most critical priorities move with speed, clarity, and focus.

As our first EA, you’ll be a foundational member of the CEO Office. This isn’t simply about calendar management or booking flights (though you’ll do those too). You’ll sit at the center of Legora’s most important decisions, relationships, and moments. Your ability to anticipate, structure, and execute will shape how we scale from startup to global company. We need help creating time for the CEO to focus on what only he can do, supporting the Chief of Staff steer strategic work forward and be the first point of leverage in a world-class leadership engine.

You’ll handle logistics and operations with precision—and create leverage that ripples across the company. Over time you will become a trusted long-term partner to both the CEO and the rest of the leadership team as well as connection point for internal communication for the business at large. If you’re a sharp, trusted operator who loves to get things done behind the scenes and thrives in high-stakes environments, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the CEO’s calendar and travel logistics with speed, accuracy, and total discretion — not just managing it, but designing it as a strategic tool that reflects evolving priorities.
  • Be a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff, partnering daily to run the engine room of the company.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with precision — ensuring every touchpoint is prepared, purposeful, and followed up.
  • Triage the CEO’s inbox with strong judgment—surfacing what matters, drafting replies in CEO tone of voice, and keeping communication flowing.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and summaries—enabling the CEO to show up sharp and leave with clarity.
  • Continuously improve workflows—we’re not just running at speed, we’re refining how we scale.

What You Bring

  • Have several years of experience supporting founders or senior executives in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.
  • Are obsessed with structure and detail, and can operate with grace under pressure.
  • Can preempt problems before they happen—and quietly solve them before anyone notices, having a ‘force of nature’ energy
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and maturity.
  • Feel genuine pride in helping other people do their best work.
  • Ambition to be a long-term partner to the CEO

We founded Legora with the vision of giving lawyers the tools they deserve.

We didn't build Legora for how law is practiced today; we built it for how it should be practiced tomorrow.
