We are looking for a visionary Product Manager who can drive and create captivating online experiences. Bring your expertise and passion to the LEGO Group and help us build a world-class digital platform. Core responsibilities Enable data-driven decision-making for product teams and business insights teams through managing Adobe Analytics integration and upkeep the quality of tag management across LEGO.com by standardizing data collection. Manage consent and data layer services to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Enable efficient user behavior analysis for internal teams to uncover optimization opportunities and improve the consumer experience. Support A/B testing initiatives to drive continuous improvements in the shopper experience on LEGO.com. Lead a cross-functional agile product team to deliver impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction on LEGO.com. Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the LEGO Group's digital transformation goals, balancing big-picture vision with detailed execution. Utilize data-driven insights and user research to identify and prioritize opportunities for product improvements and new features. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and outcomes. Maintain a deep understanding of data flows, systems, and relevant legislation to ensure the site is locally legal, safe, and secure. Communicate effectively with partners, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment. Play your part in our team succeeding Developing an aspirational vision and strategy for your product, in collaboration with the product team and key partners, bringing them on this journey with you. Building an autonomous product team and promoting a continuous delivery culture focused on user outcomes with measurable key results. Leading product discovery with the team, researchers and wider partners to develop, experiment and tests new ideas with customers that help shape the value proposition. Taking responsibility of the product backlog and requirement definition and supporting the team across all key agile events. Help strike a balance between creating innovative, immersive experiences and delivering incremental value. Providing feedback to the team in a way that is both positive and meaningful to their growth and personal development. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience leading successful, cross-functional agile product teams, with a track record of delivering value to customers and achieving organizational objectives. Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to informed decision-making and uncover new opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly. A passion for brand engagement and creating unique, immersive experiences that captivate visitors to LEGO.com. Familiarity with data management tools and platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, and others involved in behavioral tracking and testing. Proactive identification of new international compliance laws to ensure local compliance of the site. Bonus qualifications: Solid experience as a product manager. Working in cross-functional teams. Strong data and analytics skills.
