They help companies with various services such as contract management, litigation assistance, legal notice management, IP tools and compliance automation. Roles and Responsibilities of Entry-level Data Analyst: Candidates should be detail-oriented and should be able to manage analytics and reporting across various departments. The role will include data management, data visualization and generating insights to help stakeholders in business decisions. Candidates should have good knowledge of Google Sheets and other data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. They should collect, manage and analyze data from different departments to generate in-depth insights. On a day-to-day basis, they should develop dashboards that will help the stakeholders make important decisions. Additionally, they should ensure robust data management and data integrity to make sure that data is safe and secure. They should be able to identify trends and patterns from huge data to help take actionable steps. Candidates should maintain documentation for the data processes, reports and analytical tools. Qualifications and Skills necessary to apply for the role: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related fields. 0 to 2 years of experience in data analytics fields is a huge benefit. Candidates should have good knowledge of Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis. Experience or knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio to create dashboards and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills to present the findings to stakeholders. Having good knowledge of SQL is a plus.
