Responsibilities

Legion Health is looking for a dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to lead our telepsychiatry services’ operational aspects. In this role, you will oversee clinical processes, manage a diverse team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical protocols for telepsychiatry services.
• Monitor and optimize patient workflows and clinical efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff.
• Analyze metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and provide training to staff.
  
  

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in mental health.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and best practices.
