Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bangalore Urban as part of the Real Estate Team at LegalTech. The role involves managing real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, supporting real estate development processes, and liaising with clients to provide expert guidance. The responsibilities will also include assisting clients with property-related documentation, legal compliance, and sales consultation. Excellence in customer service and ensuring a streamlined client experience are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Strong skills in Customer Service associated with client interactions and support
• Experience in Sales and property transactions
• Solid understanding of legal documentation and compliance related to real estate transactions
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields; prior experience in a legal or real estate role strongly preferred
