Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Legal Writers – U.S. Immigration who can independently draft, review, and refine high-quality petition documents, including RFE responses.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured writing, and the ability to build persuasive, evidence-backed arguments aligned with USCIS expectations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling complex professional profiles and delivering work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and structure documents for U.S. immigration petitions (EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW).
- Prepare and draft RFE responses, addressing USCIS concerns with clear, well-supported arguments.
- Analyze detailed client profiles, including academic, research, and professional achievements.
- Translate complex technical and professional information into clear, persuasive legal narratives.
- Conduct targeted research to strengthen claims, industry positioning, and evidentiary support.
- Ensure all drafts align with firm standards, USCIS expectations, and case strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to finalize documentation.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Bachelor’s degree (Law background preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in U.S. immigration legal writing
- Hands-on experience with U.S. Immigration (EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW) petitions.
- Experience drafting or supporting RFE responses.
- Familiarity with USCIS petition structure and evidence-based drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and comprehension abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and online research tools.
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience working with a law firm, immigration firm, or professional services environment
- Ability to independently manage case drafts with minimal supervision
