Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role for a Legal Translator at Eternis Consulting. The Legal Translator will be responsible for accurately translating legal documents, ensuring precise language usage, and maintaining the integrity of legal terminology. Duties include preparing and translating contracts, agreements, proof reading of translated document and other official legal materials, conducting terminology research, and collaborating with legal and language teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Translation and Legal Translation
- Strong understanding of Legal Terminology
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in relevant languages (English, Hindi); bilingual or multilingual candidates will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Linguistics, or a related field; professional certification in translation or legal studies is a plus
