Role Overview
We are looking for a lawyer who can operate at the intersection of legal, execution, and transaction management for NRI real estate.
This role goes beyond advisory — it involves owning the legal execution layer, managing end-to-end property sale processes, and building a reliable legal network across India.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Legal Execution & Advisory
- Review and structure property transactions (sale / resale / inheritance)
- Handle documentation: Title verification, agreements, POA, conveyance, etc.
🔹 Transaction Management (Core Role)
- Drive end-to-end execution of property sales
- Coordinate with brokers, buyers and local authorities
- Ensure timelines, documentation readiness, and deal closure
🔹 Network Expansion (Pan-India)
- Build and manage a network of local lawyers and property professionals
- Establish reliable partners across India
🔹 Process & System Integration
- Align legal execution with tax, banking, and compliance workflows
- Help standardise documentation and transaction processes
- Contribute to building scalable execution frameworks
Ideal Candidate
- Lawyer with experience in real estate / property law
- Strong understanding of land records, title due diligence, and transactions
- Comfortable handling end-to-end deal execution, not just advisory
- Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and geographies
- Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

- Not a pure litigation role
- Not limited to documentation review
- Not a back-end legal position
