Role Description This is a full-time Legal Tele-calling Intern role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will make outbound calls to legal professionals, law firms, and legal departments to introduce Lekhak.app’s solutions, understand their document translation needs, and schedule product demos or follow-up calls. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, tracking lead status, and coordinating with the sales and product teams to share feedback from customers. The role also involves explaining key product features in clear, simple terms, answering basic queries about use cases and pricing, and escalating complex legal or technical questions to senior team members. The intern will support outreach campaigns, participate in basic market research, and contribute to improving scripts and calling processes based on real-world interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to explain technical or product information in simple language to legal professionals and non-technical audiences.
- Basic familiarity or interest in law, legal processes, or legal documentation; prior exposure to legal environments is a plus.
- Comfort with tele-calling, lead qualification, and maintaining structured call notes and follow-up schedules.
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools, email, video conferencing).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Motivation to learn about AI products, translation technology, and SaaS sales processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with relevant interest are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in the Greater Delhi Area, with reliability in meeting attendance and availability requirements.
