Role Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking Legal Executive to join our team in a pure
LegalTech role. This position is ideal for legal professionals who are passionate about
leveraging technology to transform legal processes. The role will focus on working with AIpowered platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, and prompt engineering to drive
efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in legal operations.
This is not a traditional legal role — it requires a strong interest in technology, automation,
and AI-driven legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Work extensively on LegalTech platforms, including contract lifecycle management systems
Utilize AI tools to review, analyze, and manage legal documents
Design and refine prompts to optimize AI outputs for legal use cases
Assist in configuring legal workflows, templates, and playbooks within the platform
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to support legal
automation initiatives
Conduct legal data analysis and ensure accuracy and compliance
Support implementation and optimization of AI-driven legal solutions
Document processes, best practices, and use cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
Strong interest in LegalTech, AI, and legal automation
Basic understanding of contracts and legal documentation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with technology platforms and adapt to new tools quickly
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CLM or legal software tools
Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering concepts
Interest in legal operations or legal process optimization
Prior internship or work experience in LegalTech or corporate legal teams
