Volody is an AI-powered legal technology platform focused on transforming legal operations through automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a Legal AI Specialist who can bridge the gap between legal expertise and artificial intelligence by working closely with developers, product teams, and AI systems to build highly accurate legal AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with AI developers and product teams to design, test, and improve legal AI workflows and features.
Create, refine, and optimize legal prompts for AI models to improve response accuracy and legal understanding.
Review AI-generated legal outputs including contracts, clauses, summaries, compliance responses, and legal research.
Assist in training and fine-tuning AI systems using legal datasets and structured legal knowledge.
Translate complex legal concepts into AI-compatible instructions and workflows.
Conduct quality assurance checks on AI-generated legal content and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, and product departments.
Help build legal knowledge repositories, clause libraries, and AI training datasets.
Research emerging AI trends in legal technology and suggest process improvements.
Ensure AI outputs align with legal accuracy, compliance, and company standards.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of contracts, legal documentation, and legal research.
Basic understanding of AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to understand legal workflows and automate repetitive legal tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
LLB/LLM or relevant legal background.
Experience in Legal-Tech, SaaS, or AI-based products is preferred.
Exposure to prompt engineering or AI-assisted legal drafting will be an added advantage.
Understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes is a plus.
