Job Title: Manager Legal, Litigation and corporate Affairs

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary: The Legal Manager will oversee all aspects of the organizations legal and litigation matters, providing strategic counsel and managing disputes efficiently. The role involves handling civil, commercial, labour, regulatory and contractual disputes while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating the risk for the organization.

1. Excellent Litigation strategy and courtroom management skills

4. Proactive, solution oriented and able to work under pressure
5. strong communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualification:

1. LLB required, LLM preferred
2. 10+ years of experience in handling corporate litigation, labour disputes, civil and criminal cases; at least 5 years in senior legal leadership role.
3. Proven expertise in managing multi-jurisdictional litigation and complex legal disputes.
