Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal consulting, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and advising on legal issues to ensure clients’ compliance with applicable regulations. The role involves thorough research on laws and regulations, support in handling licensing, and managing government interface logistics. Close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Law and expertise in handling Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing advisory solutions
- Competence in Legal Document Preparation, drafting, and review
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong research and analytical skills to interpret and apply legal regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage relations with clients and regulatory bodies
- Prior experience in the fields of compliance, licensing, or regulatory management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualifications are a plus
