Role Description
This full-time remote role for a Legal Research Intern involves conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing legal documents, and preparing summaries and reports. The intern will support the development of legal content, assist in the preparation of legal materials, and collaborate with the team to provide thorough legal insights into relevant projects and initiatives. Daily responsibilities include reviewing legal cases, drafting documents, and staying updated on compliance requirements and legislative changes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent Research and Analytical Skills for synthesizing legal information and deriving insights
- Proficient Communication skills to present legal findings effectively
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and manage deadlines in a remote setting
- Currently pursuing or completion of a degree in Law or related field
- Experience with legal software and tools will be an added advantage
- Understanding of corporate or intellectual property laws is a plus
