Role Description
This is a remote internship position for a Legal Research Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting with case analysis. Day-to-day tasks will also include evaluating legal precedents, drafting concise reports, and supporting the team with professional communication and coordination. This internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various facets of corporate and commercial law.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Demonstrated passion for corporate or commercial law is beneficial
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B) or related field
- Prior legal internship experience is a plus
