Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Research Intern. The selected candidate will conduct legal research, assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, analyze case laws and precedents, and support litigation preparation. They will collaborate with the legal team to gather, organize, and analyze case data, and provide timely communications and insights related to legal proceedings. Responsibilities may also include assistance with compliance documentation and pre-litigation strategies for ongoing cases.
- Monday to Saturday
- 10 am to 6 pm
- Unpaid Internship
- Certificate after completion of Internship & submission of final work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and foundational legal principles
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate legal documents, case laws, and statutes
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting, including contracts and case reports
- Effective Communication skills for clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct thorough and detailed Legal Research across practice areas
- Proficiency with legal databases and tools is a plus
- Interest or experience in areas such as litigation, arbitration, compliance, or corporate law
- Enrolled in or highly familiar with a recognized law program
- Strong organizational and time management skills
