I am hiring my first full-time Legal Research & Content Associate.
This is for someone who wants to work at the intersection of law, content, and media. This is not a traditional legal role
We are building two legal platforms:
- A social media platform simplifying Indian law for the public
- A personal brand focused on UK immigration law
Location:
Preferred: Sector 10, Rohini (Delhi)
Hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate
Work Structure
Full-time
6 days a week
Fortnightly Saturday–Sunday off
What the role involves
This role goes beyond conventional legal research.
You will:
• Research legal topics (Indian law + UK immigration law)
• Convert legal concepts into structured content, scripts, and public-facing legal resources
• Work directly with me on content development and execution
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct fast, accurate, and up-to-date legal research (Indian law + UK immigration law)
• Translate legal concepts into structured, easy-to-understand outputs for a general audience
• Prepare:
– Video scripts (short-form and long-form)
– Legal explainers and breakdowns
– Structured documents for public distribution (guides, checklists, templates)
• Develop clear processes and frameworks for recurring legal topics
• Draft and organise content in a systematic and reusable format
• Ensure all outputs maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Work closely with the founder to improve efficiency, speed, and content quality
Skills & Requirements
• Law graduate with 1+ post-qualification experience (Preferred)/students can apply for part time opportunities
• Strong legal research ability with focus on accuracy and speed
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and in simple language for a non-legal audience
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Creative thinking - ability to approach legal topics from different angles
• Ability to generate, develop, and discuss ideas proactively
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams/caseload
• Reliable and consistent in output and communication
• Ability to structure information into clear, actionable formats (not just narrative writing)

This role requires original thinking, clarity of expression, and the ability to simplify law for a general audience.
If your experience is limited to academic writing or compiling material from online sources, this role will not be a fit.
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced, output-driven role. You will be expected to produce consistently and work across multiple topics simultaneously. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and grow into a larger role as the platform scales.
