Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Research Assistant. The selected candidate will assist in legal research, analyze regulatory updates, prepare legal documents, and maintain compliance-related records. Additional responsibilities include drafting and editing legal correspondence, developing summaries of relevant laws and regulations, and providing detailed reports to various internal teams. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in legal domains such as law, regulatory compliance, or similar areas
• Experience in legal document preparation and proficient drafting of legal correspondence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effectively working with internal teams
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex legal and regulatory materials
• Proficiency in conducting thorough and accurate legal research
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO) considered a plus
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote and dynamic environment
