Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in India. The Legal Operations professional will oversee and streamline legal processes, prepare legal documents, consult on legal issues, enhance communication efficiency, and support the implementation of technology-driven solutions for our clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with senior counsel and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Consulting
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of Legal Issues
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and correspondence
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI-based legal technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in both remote and office settings as part of a team
