Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal scrutiny of property and title documents.
• Verify ownership, encumbrances, and mortgage eligibility.
• Prepare legal opinions and ensure compliant loan documentation.
• Coordinate mortgage creation and CERSAI registration.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal legal policies.
• Support legal recovery and SARFAESI proceedings, where applicable.
Qualifications:
• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• Fresher
• Strong knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, CERSAI, and SARFAESI.
