Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer based in Bengaluru. The Legal Officer will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, preparing legal documents, providing legal consultation, and advising on contract and business law matters. Daily tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing potential legal risks, and ensuring organizational adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Law and Contract Law
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Law with a focus on corporate and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Relevant professional experience in corporate or business law
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive legal matters with confidentiality
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the retail, distribution, and real estate sectors is a plus
