Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in New Delhi. The Legal Officer will handle legal consulting, draft and review legal documents, ensure compliance with business and contract laws, and provide legal advice to support organizational objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address legal matters and mitigate risks, as well as staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Business Law, Contract Law, and general legal principles
- Expertise in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements
- Ability to provide legal insights to inform business decisions
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or relevant qualifications; an advanced degree or certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience handling legal matters in corporate or entrepreneurial settings is highly desirable
