Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Legal Officer is based in Pune Division. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support across multiple business functions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, participating in contract negotiations, and ensuring corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role will also include advising on business law matters and offering expert legal consultations when needed to ensure informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Law and general legal principles.
- In-depth understanding of Contract Law and the ability to draft and review contract agreements effectively.
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing expert advisory on legal matters.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation and related legal processes.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal scenarios.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and maintain compliance with legal guidelines.
- Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations applicable to NBFCs is an advantage.
- Legal degree from a recognized institution and relevant certifications as required.
