Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager based in Lucknow. The Legal Manager will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to the organization, which includes preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consultations, and addressing complex legal issues. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and supporting the business operations by providing sound legal advice. Additional responsibilities may include representing the company in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Law and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex Legal Issues
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external stakeholder interactions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in regulatory compliance and legal advisory is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of corporate governance and financial regulatory frameworks is beneficial
