CLIENT: Dubai based global ship chartering and shipping logistics entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, Contract Drafting (Seafarer employment contracts, contract of freight management, charter party agreements, commercial shipping agreements, corporate trading and shipping‑related work and auxiliary legal papers.
- Major Incident Handling & Management (including Ship Collision, Onboard Cargo Fire/EV Fire)
- Legal Process Handling & Management ensuing from Vessel damage (Hull & Machinery), Cargo Claims, Crew Claims (including death & disability)
- Evidence Collection & Cause Investigation relating to high-stakes/major incidents affecting both Vessel & Crew
- Representing the Company in communications with P&I Clubs, External Lawyers Experts and High Net-Worth Clients (HNCs).
- Major Incident Handling & Management (including Ship Collision, Onboard Cargo Fire/EV Fire)

Incumbent profile:
- Possess over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the maritime industry, specializing in claims management, incident management, non-litigation matters, dispute resolution advisory and contract management.
- Skilled in maritime law and regulations, insurance claim management, and
- Exposure to international laws.
