CLIENT: Dubai based global ship chartering and coal logistics shipping entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage charterparty agreements, commercial shipping agreements, corporate trading and shipping‑related work and auxiliary legal papers.
- Manage legal disputes related to cargo claims, detention and demurrage recoveries.
- Review and negotiated global contracts for ship logistics, warehousing.
- Draft legal notices and responses along with other legal documents like letter of intent.
Incumbent profile:
- Possess over 8 years of comprehensive experience in the maritime industry, specializing in claims management, incident management, non-litigation matters, dispute resolution advisory and contract management.
- Skilled in maritime law and regulations, insurance claim management, and
- Exposure to international laws.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 25LPA
