Key responsibilities:
• Drafting and finalization of retail lease / leave & license agreements
• Legal notice drafting and coordination with external counsels
• Managing licenses and regulatory compliance for retail outlets
• Liaisoning with consultants and authorities for store-related approvals
• Supporting store expansion and operations on legal matters
Preferred background:
Experience working with retail chains, QSR brands, mall developers, or retail chain management companies.
