🔹 What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end contract lifecycle — drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSA, SaaS Agreements, DPAs, NDAs, and commercial contracts while partnering closely with business and sales teams.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in SaaS/HRMS or IT product companies, with hands-on exposure to commercial contracting and stakeholder management.
