Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Legal Manager will oversee legal document preparation, provide expert legal consultation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage legal affairs related to the company's operations. The role involves liaising with external legal counsel, analyzing legal risks, drafting agreements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the real estate and property sector.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and thorough understanding of legal principles
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts and agreements
- Strong skills in Legal Consulting and providing advisory services
- Experience in ensuring Legal Compliance and staying updated with relevant regulations
- Ability to manage complex Legal Affairs and resolve disputes effectively
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; an LLM is desirable
- Prior experience in legal management within real estate or a related sector is an advantage
