Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Manager. The Legal Manager will oversee legal affairs, ensure compliance with applicable laws, prepare and review legal documents, and provide legal consulting services. They will also play a significant role in supporting clients with legal advice, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a comprehensive understanding of legal processes
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and drafting of contracts, agreements, and legal letters
• Expertise in Legal Consulting and providing sound legal advice
• Strong skills in monitoring Legal Compliance and regulatory obligations
• Knowledge and experience in managing Legal Affairs, including litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced legal certification or LLM is a plus
• Prior work experience in a related legal management role

salary : 30,000 - 35,000/- INR a month.
