Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager located in the Pune District. The Legal Manager will oversee legal matters for the organization, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consultations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing various legal affairs. The role demands proactive collaboration across teams, effective problem-solving, and strong legal expertise to support the company’s operations and strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law, including thorough knowledge of legal frameworks and procedures.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
- 5-7 years of Experience in Legal Consulting, providing effective advice and solutions to complex business matters.
- Ability to ensure Legal Compliance with local laws, regulations, and policies.
- Proven ability to manage Legal Affairs, including dispute resolution, risk assessment, and corporate governance.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in law or business are a plus.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry or related sectors is advantageous.
