We are a township developer with active villa projects across Maharashtra. We are looking for one sharp, experienced Legal Manager to join us immediately and take complete ownership of our legal landscape.
⚡ What you will own:
▸ All RERA proceedings — appearances, filings, settlements
▸ Customer dispute resolution — negotiate, settle, close
▸ Full compliance across 4 township projects
▸ Personal legal protection advisory for the Promoter
▸ External counsel coordination and cost management
✅ You are the right fit if:
▸ You have appeared before MahaRERA and know the system cold
▸ You have closed customer settlement deeds — not just drafted them
▸ You have worked on the developer side, not just consumer side
▸ You stay calm when things are adversarial and chaotic
▸ You want ownership, not a desk job
