📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs
✔ Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements
✔ Handle legal documentation, contracts, and corporate compliance matters
✔ Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal support
✔ Coordinate with clients, authorities, and legal professionals on IPR matters
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong experience in legal drafting and litigation with IPR specialization
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory
✔ Sound knowledge of IP laws, rules, and regulatory practices
✔ Excellent analytical, negotiation, research, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple legal assignments efficiently
