Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Legal & Liaisoning Professionals in the CRM team at Houzbay, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Key responsibilities include handling legal documentation, providing legal consultancy, resolving legal issues, and acting as a liaison for projects and stakeholders. The role also entails ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supporting contract negotiation, and fostering communication between various internal and external entities.
Experience & Qualification:
- Proficiency in law, with expertise in handling various legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Skills in legal consulting and the ability to provide expert advice on property-related legal matters.
- Experience in preparing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex legal issues to clients and stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end legal closure from booking to registration.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) required with 3-6 years of real estate experience.
- Coordinate with developers, CRM, and customer lawyers.
