About Legal Job Opportunity At Minara Legal
Minara Legal is seeking a candidate with 2–3 years of experience with a strong foundation across:
- Corporate Transactions & Commercial Drafting
- Shareholder Agreements & Investor Agreements
- Employment Agreements & HR Advisory
- Media & Entertainment Transactions
- Legal Notices & Demand Notices
- Cheque Bouncing Cases (NI Act, Section 138)
- General Litigation & Advisory
The ideal candidate will be placed with one of our high-growth startup clients, working closely with the Minara Legal team as a trusted legal partner on the ground.

Junior Associate / Legal Consultant
What we’re looking for
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple practice areas
- Well-spoken, client-facing, and professionally presentable
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment
