Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring organizational activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while supporting the development and implementation of effective compliance programs.
- Assist in handling litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel, preparing legal documents, and tracking case progress.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts to protect the organization’s legal and commercial interests.
