Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern located in Raipur, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Legal Intern will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing general legal consulting. Responsibilities include drafting legal reports, supporting contract review, and addressing legal and compliance-related issues. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Law and Legal Issues.
• Skills in Legal Consulting and identifying key legal considerations.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Law.
• Prior experience or internships in finance or a related legal field is advantageous.
