Legal Intern (Fresh LL.B.) – Gurgaon
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Only Gurgaon-based candidates should apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Full-Time Opportunity: After 6 Month - Based on performance (CTC: ₹1.2 – ₹1.8 LPA)
About the Role
Vakil Help Desk is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic LL.B. graduate who is eager to gain practical legal experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of legal matters and provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a legal career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft legal notices, agreements, replies, and other legal documents.
- Assist in Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark, Copyright, and Patent) matters.
- Support Civil and Criminal litigation work.
- Assist in Cyber Law, Consumer Law, and RWA-related matters.
- Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and case documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, and legal authorities.
- Maintain legal files and case records.
Skills & Qualifications
- LL.B. completed (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
