Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Legal Intern, based in Gurugram. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research, drafting documents, and analyzing legal information to support various projects. Responsibilities include helping with contract reviews, regulatory compliance tasks, and document management. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of legal operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research and Analytical skills
- Experience with Legal Writing and Document Drafting
- Knowledge of Legal Operations and Contract Management processes
- Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance and eDiscovery tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in communication and collaborative teamwork
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field
- Prior internship or academic experience in a legal or compliance setting is a plus
