Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern based in Lucknow, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Legal Intern will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal matters, and supporting legal consultations. Responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with applicable laws, managing documentation, and handling other legal administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law and proficiency in handling Legal Issues
- Skills in Legal Consulting and providing professional legal guidance
- Experience with Legal Document Preparation, compliance, and document management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and analytical mindset
- Experience in corporate law, M&A, or private equity is advantageous
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Law or a related discipline
