Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Delhi, India. As a Legal Intern, you will assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and analyzing case laws. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with regulatory compliance, preparing legal opinions, and providing assistance in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with clients and team members to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law and expertise in Legal Issues
- Skills in Legal Consulting and providing professional legal advice
- Experience in drafting and preparing Legal Documents
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal texts and case laws
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work
- Bachelor's degree in Law or currently pursuing a legal degree
- Prior internship or experience in a legal or compliance role is an advantage
- Proactive and professional attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
