Internship Opportunity at Pathway Counsel
We are looking for a law student preferably in their 3rd/4th/5th year, who is passionate for one or more of our core practice areas (Data Privacy, Constitutional, Civil/Commercial Litigation).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting intensive legal research across various statutes, case law, and policy frameworks relevant to our practice areas.
2. Assisting in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
3. Preparing comprehensive case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
4. Assisting with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
• Duration: minimum 4 weeks preferred.
• Location: New Delhi, India. (Hybrid)
