Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will assist in legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and analyzing cases under the guidance of senior legal professionals. Additional responsibilities include providing support for client consultations, assisting in litigation processes, and conducting due diligence for transactions. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in various legal domains, including corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law and hands-on experience or academic exposure to Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting and expertise in offering well-reasoned advice
- Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation and meticulous attention to detail in drafting contracts and legal notices
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, authorities, and internal team members
- Enthusiasm for learning across diverse legal practices, including property law, corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized law school (LLB or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
