About the Role
This internship is ideal for law students or recent graduates who want real, hands-on exposure to arbitration, claims, and contract management in the infrastructure sector. You won’t be doing just research - you’ll be working closely with live cases, real documents, and actual project scenarios.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in reviewing contract documents (EPC, FIDIC, GCC, etc.).
- Support drafting of contractual letters, notices, and claim documents.
- Conduct legal research on arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Help in preparing case files and documentation for arbitration/litigation.
- Track project timelines, delays, and potential claim triggers.
- Work with internal teams to understand real project-level issues.
Who This Is For
- Law students (3rd–5th year) or recent LL.B. graduates.
- Interest in ADR, infrastructure law, or construction disputes.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work on structured documentation.
- Prior internships in litigation/arbitration (preferred but not mandatory).
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to infrastructure/real estate matters.
- Familiarity with FIDIC or construction contracts.
